This is an invitational championship with qualifiers of:

the 2004/2005 Ontario Champion,

the 2006 Ontario Youth Champion,

the 2006 Ontario Women’s Champion,

the 2006 Ontario Senior’s Champion,

1 – designate from each of the 4 OCA Leagues

- And the top rated Ontario players to a total of 12 competitors
